Terms & Conditions
Important preliminary terms for a custom-printing quote business. Commercial and legal terms require owner review before accepting payments.
Owner approval required
The sections below are pre-launch informational guidance, not an automatically binding customer contract. Review them with appropriate professional advice and reconcile with actual supplier terms.
Quotation process
A quote request is an inquiry, not an accepted order. Product options, availability, final delivered price, tax, minimum quantity, and freight must be confirmed in writing.
Artwork responsibility
Customers should supply artwork they have rights to use and carefully review proofs, content, sizes, variants, barcode accuracy and required labeling information. A printer’s proof is not a regulatory approval.
Product suitability
Label performance depends on material, adhesive, surface, exposure and application technique. Special requirements should be disclosed and evaluated before approval.
Production partners
Orders may be produced and shipped through independent third-party suppliers. The customer-facing responsibilities, production terms and shipping method must be specified in the approved order.
Payment, cancellations and refunds
No final deposit schedule, cancellation right, return rule or refund policy is established in this draft. These must be approved before checkout or payment collection begins, with due regard to applicable law and supplier conditions.
Delays and delivery
Production and carrier dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed under approved commercial terms.
Governing law and disputes
The business owner must establish the correct legal entity, jurisdiction, consumer/business obligations and dispute resolution terms before this policy becomes operative.
